Hey I’m Matt Bullard, I’m 18 years old and  I am a high school senior from Green Sea, SC which is 45 miles inland of Myrtle Beach.  My hobbies include running cross country, baseball, cornhole and spending days on the lake with my family, which includes my mom, dad, sister and twin brother .   I am very family oriented and enjoy spending lots of time with them. My family has been a huge part in leading me towards Christ.  I am very active in my youth group and love doing things with my church.   

Joining the World Race has been something that I have thought and prayed about over the past 3 years.  I decided to take the leap and serve in Guatemala, Romania, Eswatini, and South Africa. I am joining the race because it has been put on my heart to GO serve the Lord.   I’m ready to do what the Lord has called me to do and grow with God while also helping lead others.  I have the desire to share the love of Christ with others and spread the gospel to those who don’t know, or don’t understand the true meaning of God.   This decision is a big step of faith as I will be leaving everything I know to pursue God’s calling.  I will fully trust and rely on him everyday.  I am excited to meet and grow with other Christians while seeing new ways of life in these different countries. I’m ready to serve others in need and let the light of Jesus shine through me.  I know that through this mission work my faith will grow in the Lord and I will get even closer to Him and discover how he can use me for His glory. I have been on two other mission trips and loved seeing the Lord use me to benefit others.  I have learned that God can show me new things about myself and use me in ways that I didn't even know were possible.
